In this edition of ‘Did You Know?’, Irfan Mamoojee, Rivo’s global solutions director, shows us how Rivo software allows users to report or translate incidents in 50 different languages. Once a report is translated, the incident reports are updated into the chosen language for the person reading the report, but, of course, the original language remains for the user.
