Philippe Guillard, Director Professional Services is a Professional Engineer with a background in Chemical Engineering. He has been with Sphera for 15 years. During his career Philippe has worked extensively in the metals and mining industry having served as the lead Investigator for Incident Investigation accident in large iron production facilities and facilitating risk analysis studies at large nickel operations & large oil sands operations.
During his professional career he has deployed large environmental performance systems for air, water, waste, compliance and incident management at amalgamated mining operations in the middle East and facilitated risk assessments at large coker operations to name a few engagements.
Narenderpal Marwaha is a seasoned operational risk management consultant with 14 years of experience at Sphera in product, project and training management, and consulting. He has worked with various customers in the manufacturing and process industries including precious metals, mining, defense, consumer goods, automotive, electronics, aerospace and oil and gas.
As director of product management, he helped to develop numerous applications and solutions for both quality and process safety management. He is a skilled risk assessment facilitator and trainer of various risk analysis techniques including HAZOP, What If, LOPA, FMEA and FTA. He currently manages Sphera’s training services for enterprise platforms including Stature, IMPACT, Essential Suite, and opsInfo. He is a professional engineer.
John Crosman, Lead Process Safety Consultant has led a team of process safety consultants at Sphera for close to a decade and is a Senior Member of the AIChE. An accomplished facilitator, John has led PHA teams to complete many large-scale risk assessments covering hundreds of P&IDs across many key industries across the world.
He has provided training and support for Sphera’s PHA-pro across the globe, and has successfully helped to build templates for such diverse PSM assessments as HAZOPs, What Ifs, LOPA, alarm rationalization, hierarchy of controls analysis, and many more. John’s experience also covers the broader risk management framework, with understanding of such important activities as incident management, management of change, and tracking of risk assessment actions.
Jeff Ladner is Sphera’s vice president of environmental performance. He has been helping corporations drive operational excellence and effectively manage operational risk for 20 years. He leads the Sphera solution strategy, helping corporations enable their management systems.
Focus areas include environmental performance, personnel and process safety, product stewardship, supply chain management, risk assessment, and change management. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in chemical engineering and an MBA from the University of Delaware.
Francis Trudeau has worked for nearly 20 years in product compliance and chemical management. He has significant experience in solutions management and development, global regulations and industry standards enforced worldwide. He has worked on a wide variety of projects that support Sphera's integrated information management solutions, and address legal compliance challenges and the implementation of regulations in databases and software applications.
Francis is a recognized industry expert, serving both as a featured speaker at international conferences and leading multi-organization task forces in establishing industry best practices for regulatory compliance.
