Master Data Management for Apache Corporation

Founded in 1954, Apache Corporation is now one of the World’s top independent Oil & Gas Exploration & Production companies. Through M&A activity, Apache has accumulated $61 Billion in assets and realized $17 Billion in revenue from the production of 779,000 BOE per day.

By August 2018, Apache needed to cleanse over 195,000 lines of legacy materials data from 6-sites, across 4-regions. The project goal was to deploy common standards and governance processes, policies and tools to achieve a sustained approach to reliable data.

See how Sphera’s Master Data Management Software helped to consolidate and standardize Apache’s data, allowing them to create and modify material data through a clear process while ensuring seamless integration with SAP.
